Digital Services & Product Subscriptions
Due to the nature of our offerings, which include digital products and customized services, our refund and cancellation policy is structured as follows:
Subscription-Based Products (e.g., Innov8 HRM)
- Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, no charges will be made during this period. You may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid billing.
- Refund Eligibility: Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable, unless there is a technical issue on our part that prevents the service from being delivered.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Digital Services (e.g., Website or App Development)
- Project-Based Services: Once a project is initiated and work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable, unless:
- No substantial work has been delivered within the committed timeline.
- The cancellation is mutually agreed upon before development has started.
- Milestone Payments: For services billed by milestones, refunds are only applicable for uninitiated or unapproved future milestones.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Personalized/customized software services after commencement
- Completed consulting sessions
- Downloadable or delivered digital assets
- One-time setup or onboarding fees
Service Disruption or Technical Issues
In the rare event of a technical failure or disruption caused solely by Innov8Fusion that significantly impacts service usage, please reach out within 7 days of the issue. We will assess and, if eligible, may offer:
- A partial refund
- A service extension at no additional cost
- Credit toward future purchases
Processing Time
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original method of payment. The actual time for funds to reflect may vary based on your payment provider.
